What the portal is for
The board decides what occupants can see. Usually that is the community guidelines, announcements about common areas, and anything the association needs from people who actually live there — parking, pets, trash, amenities.
Assessments stay with the owner of the home. The owner is the member of the association, and the lease stays between the occupant and that owner.
