HOA management, done by people who live here.

Aspen Management Services supports the boards of homeowners associations and property owners associations — meetings, money, maintenance, vendors, and the questions that show up between meetings.

Aspen trees, pines, and houses in front of a mountain ridge, with the Aspen Management Services name.

Who you are

Most people arrive looking for their own community.

Boards, residents, and tenants each have a door. The community itself lives on Vlge.

What we do

The work a volunteer board should not have to carry alone.

  1. 01

    HOA board meeting support

Agendas, packets, attendance, and the follow-through that makes a vote mean something.

  2. 02

    Operational support

The ongoing work that keeps the board informed and the association's business moving.

  3. 03

    Property inspections

Scheduled walks of common areas, with repairs coordinated in the order the board sets.

  4. 04

    HOA accounting

Assessments, payables, reconciliations, budgets, and reports a treasurer can read.

  5. 05

    HOA management technology

Each community runs on Vlge, an AI-powered portal for boards, residents, and occupants.

  6. 06

    Vendor management and contract oversight

Local vendors, compared proposals, and contracts someone is actually watching.

  7. 07

    Customer care

A person for association questions, with a record that does not live in one inbox.

  8. 08

    Local knowledge

Flagstaff maintenance is a different calendar than the rest of Arizona.

All management services

Flagstaff

A local team for associations in Northern Arizona.

Aspen is based in Flagstaff. We manage homeowners associations and property owners associations in town and in the communities around it, including Kachina Village, Mountainaire, Doney Park, Bellemont, and Munds Park.

The season is part of the work. Snow removal, monsoon drainage, and the forest around these neighborhoods shape how maintenance, vendors, and budgets get planned.

Portal

One Vlge portal for the whole association.

Owners check a balance and a document. Boards run meetings, architectural requests, and violations. Residents ask questions against that community’s own CC&Rs. The assistant lives in the same Vlge portal.

Frequent questions.

What does Aspen manage?
Homeowners associations and property owners associations in Northern Arizona.
Where are you?
Flagstaff, Arizona. The work is Northern Arizona associations - the weather, the vendors, and the drive time are local.
Will our community have a local manager?
Yes. The team supporting the board is based in Flagstaff. The portal is online.
How do residents find their community?
Each association has its own Vlge portal. We will send invites to your community at launch, with instructions on accessing the portal. You can also find your community here on our site.
Can you take over from another management company?
Yes. A transition is a records move: financials, governing documents, vendor contracts, owner ledgers, and open architectural items, plus a plain notice to residents when the portal and payment instructions change.
What can tenants do in the portal?
Tenants use the community portal for the guidelines and announcements the association publishes for occupants. Assessments stay with the owner of the home.
